"Giorgio's apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything in town - and amazing view from the kitchen window! Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!"

The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region. "We never got to meet Monia, as she was away, but her brother, Mauro, took excellent care of us. He met us at the bottom of the hill and escorted us to the house and showed us around. He responded immediately to texts and questions, and gave us wonderful recommendations (we loved touring the olive oil mill that he takes his family's olives to).
