"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"We wanted somewhere that was accessible to the Stadio Olimpico in the northern part of the city and this hotel didn't disappoint. We stayed for 2 nights in a twin room. We had an issue when we 1st arrived but it was quickly resolved with the staff who are very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived quite late but were still able to get drinks. "Generally this is a nice little hotel, prefect location close to the metro that goes straight to the colosseum, also inly about 20 mins from ciampino airport. We actually found the location great. Some odd things, there is no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffe making facilities, we took our own coffee sachets and luckily we were able to get hot water from them bar.
