Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better ...

After checkout they are looking how to make more money from it. Charging for dirt, mess etc. Be prepared to pay more. They don't look into "big picture", but for small items with potential extra charge. Never again
