The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city."
