"This apartment was ideal for me to explore Rodrigo from. It was modern and beautiful, all appliances were new, the living space was comfortable and the host added little touches that makes all the difference to a traveler-- coffee, milk and water, along with some pastries were available for breakfast fare, soaps, first-aid and essential kitchen items were plentiful and I did not have to make special shopping trips to enjoy the basics of my stay. "Stayed mainly to break up our journey from the Portuguese coast to the Mediterranean coast, but we were very pleased we stayed in the old town and at this hotel. They were both excellent. Beautifully appointed hotel, spacious bedroom and bathroom with lots of character. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room, unfortunately the restaurant was temporarily closed but we were able to find one within walking distance."
