"The check-in was extremely terrible. We had proper reservation but the hotel reception was trying to give us a hard time. First, they denied the guest check-in. Then they tried to question whether reservation was the day before but it's not true. Then they didn't accept screenshot of reservation from WhatsApp (with proper reservation number) and forced us to download pdf of the reservation and sent to them. After all these, they told us the hotel was fully booked. It seems to us that they overbooked or not connected well to hotels.com system.
So, we have to contact hotels.com staff right away. After hotels.com staff called them, we could finally checked-in. The entire process took like 40 minutes of frustration.
I would recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost!"
