"What a truly relaxing stay. The beach location can not be beat and I worry that no holiday location in the UK will ever outshine this truly wonderful property! Sitting outside drinking tea and reading a book was exactly what we needed. Kids were always entertained whilst at the house and loved their first ever hot tub! "

"The accommodation is accurately advertised. It is a great location that is walkable to the beach in just a few minutes. The property is stocked with a range of children's toys that are in reasonable condition. The Table Football was a big success. We had children aged 7 and 2, so Netflix with cartoons was useful while getting ready for the day. "

"Return visit to Sea Vale as a lovely house you feel immediately at home in with everything you need. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy! "We rented the property as our base for attending the Goodwood auto racing events about 30 minute drive away, it was well situated for that. Property has off street parking for one vehicle which was very useful, although there were only two of us, this would work well for a family. "Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again."

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

"it is a lovely property in a superb location. We were extremely lucky with the weather. Only problem we had was the steps at the front - as 2 80 year olds it was a difficult job getting up the steps. especially with any baggage. Luckily our son stayed initial weekend to settle us in and returned to carry everything out. t would be a help to older people if there was a right hand rail, and perhaps rubber strips on the steps. but overall a lovely week"

"We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us.
