Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

An absolute disaster

What a terrible experience. Travelled all the way to Paternoster with our kids to find out that the owner had booked the place out already . Hotels.com could not even help us. We were furious and disappointed.
