"The hotel is perfect for a beachy, chilled holiday if that’s what you enjoy. The small town has some shops etc which is good and Chania is only a 30 minute drive away along with Souda which are beautiful towns. Especially the Chania markets! A must go to if you love a bargain! The hotel could be somewhat more clear on what is included etc. The hotel is amazing so don’t let that put you off but we were told the tourist charge was €10 euro per room, per night, which is correct but we were also charged extra and we’re unsure really what that was for. Also we have been twice to this hotel, the first time when booking we had the option available to go all inclusive plus but the second time that option wasn’t available until we arrived at the hotel and it was quite steep compared to the first time we visited the hotel and with not much difference to the basic all inclusive package. After all a gin and tonic is a gin and tonic be that from the local gin or branded big name gin. Overall though, lovely place to stay and the staff are amazing! So helpful and super polite! Will absolutely be back again! "

"Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel."

"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly."

"We had a fantastic family Reunion here. The staff are super accommodating. The spa was a great treat, the pool fun to hang out and the food was delicious and varied. "

"In general great place to stay with small children, great facilities, fun events for children. Swimming pools are anyone can desire, outside, inside non heated, inside heated. If one wants beach that is also available, sandy strip is just 500m away to the side if necessary. Staff is really polite and helpful, buffet all inclusive food is not boring and selection can satisfy most i am sure. Rooms are clean and on top of that they are cleaned every day, new towels, fresh floor. Absolutely recomended, this was our favourite when compare to similar price Mallorca or Sardinia resorts that we have visited before."

"I communicated a late arrival due to missed plane. They were aware and responded to that. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. Great view from dining area on roof. Great walk to the tourist area by the water. "

"The staff here are super friendly and helpful. There are both a bus line and a ferry that are easily accessible. The hotel is located in a walkable area with restaurant options, little stores, bakeries, etc. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, although more low carb options would be a great addition. I found it to be very clean and well kept. The property does not have a public pool, but there are wonderful beaches not too far of a drive away. They do have one upscale suite that has a small private pool. I really like this property, and the staff really makes this the very best place in my opinion. The owner of this property also owns other locations, some in the heart of Chania, if you like being in the city. If you call this property and tell them what you are looking for, they will do their very best to find the best accommodations for you at one of their properties. I love these people! I will continue to be a patron of theirs."
