"After a very negative experience in the Lemon Tree in Chandigarh half a decade ago, we decided to give the chain another chance in Patna.
We were more than positively surprised: the property was well maintained, the staff was extremly welcoming and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.

"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "
