We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am! Every question we had, whether about the resort or surrounding...

I can tell they all love their jobs and take great pride in what they done , service like this is very hard to find these days in the western world , hence will be back for sure ….
