The rooms themselves were very much unpolished, there was a deep hole in the sofa, and the sofa itself was stained. The bathroom was unfinished, with sealant being poorly applied throughout the bathtub. We also used the gym, which was subpar by even 4 star standards! The breakfast was good, and the pool was also good."

"This was my fourth visit to Patong and I was really looking forward to staying at your hotel given its strong reputation. Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, I felt that for the price paid, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. While everything was good, it felt more on the average side rather than something particularly memorable. I would also like to mention the service at the pool bar, which could be improved. In my experience, Thai hospitality is usually exceptionally warm and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting. On this occasion, the service felt a bit less engaging than expected. In particular, a staff member named Ball came across as somewhat unwelcoming at times, which slightly affected the overall experience. I share this feedback with the intention of being constructive, as I believe the hotel has great potential to deliver an even better guest experience."
