Is nothing to like, except the view and nice sea. This IS NOT 4* hotel, at least 2*, maybe someone will check classification of this hotel. The furniture and amenities are old and dirty, receptionist is very rude. We pay for a room with seaview and she give us a lower class room. We go back and ask her what is with that room, is not the room that we pay and she give us another room, after we have a discussion with her. We leave one day earlier to other hotel, but she ask us to pay the city tax for all days. I would never come back there!!!

A dated hotel with potential to improve

Hotel overall is a bit dated, could do with a freshen up especially externally. Reception was well kept and the bar/restaurant was very nice. Great service throughout, dinner was excellent but breakfast isnt that of a 4 star hotel quality. Room was clean but the shower head was broken/hanging off the wall. Shower itself was just a glass screen bolted to the wall and not sealed, so water escaped underneath and across the whole bathroom. Cleaners were friendly and thorough in their job. The worst part that seriously needs looking at was the beds. Incredibly uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows just as solid, resulting in very little sleep. Potential for the hotel to be great if a bit of time and money was pumped back into it. Didnt use the pool so cant comment on that. The gym could do with an update with more CV machines, it seemed very weight training specific. Also not a very pleasant smell in the lift. Location was great for what I needed, but possibly a bit out of the way for those wanting to be near to Patras. Had a good stay, but it was spoilt by the beds unfortunately. Would seriously urge the hotel to look at something far more comfortable.

Το ξενοδοχείο πιο πολύ θυμίζει 3αστερών . Η περιοχή χάλια , η θάλασσα το ίδιο , η πισίνα μικρή ,συνήθως γεμάτη με νεαρούς και νεαρές της γύρω περιοχής . Το στούντιο που μείναμε καθαρό και άνετο, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι μύριζαν άσχημα. Το προσωπικό (ιδίως η υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν ) μάλλον αδιάφορο για τους πελάτες . Το χειρότερο όλων είναι το πρωινό : ανύπαρκτη ποικιλία , χαμηλή ποιότητα υλικών . Ένα ξενοδοχείο που δεν προσέχει τη λεπτομέρεια.

Une étape luxueuse.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, étape dans notre tour du Péloponnèse en famille. Nous avons apprécié les chambres vastes et confortables, le cadre de l'hôtel en bord de mer, centré sur la piscine et le bar. Personnel agréable, cadre plaisant. Une étape agréable et luxueuse, surtout pour le prix.

The Best Beach Hotel

Nick at the reception was great. All the staff was professional and caterered to any request. Rooms awesome. Great views. Room service food was 5 star. Pool was crystal clear. I will always go back.
