The staff were absolutely horrendous on arrival. I know arrival times are most hotels. Check-in is 2 PM but not only did these guys hold that they tried to charge you extra if you wanted to check in earlier even though the rooms are ready. There was about 50 or 60 other people in the lobby waiting until 2 PM and they were trying to charge everyone 50 or $100 to check in Even as late 30 minutes before. Absolute disgraceful and a definite price go for no reason. There are no services offered other than breakfast even you’re welcome. Drink is do it yourself. There is no feeling or harmony to this building whatsoever even though it is fantastic

Good looking exterior but Bad impression service

เรื่องการบริการและการดูแลบำรุงรักษา facilities แย่มาก เลู่วิ่งในฟิตเนสมี 3 เครื่องเสียใช้ไม่ได้ทั้ง 3 เครื่อง น้ำจากก็อกอ่างอาบน้ำมีสีเหลืองมาก จนไม่กล้าใช้ก็อกอ่างอาบน้ำ ใช้ได้แค่ฝักบัว พนักงาน front lobby ไม่ค่อยใส่ใจในบริการ ไม่ค่อยมี service mind พนักงาน house keeping เตรียมห้องขากตดบกพร่อง ของไม่ครบ ไม่มี sleeper เตรียมให้ sleeper ที่ให้มาภายหลัง สภาพแย่มาก มีการขาดจากการใช้งาน ภาพรวมถือว่าแย่กว่ามาตราฐานมาก

โดยรวมถือว่าโอเค

โดยรวมถือว่าดี โรงแรมสวยวิวดี มีฟิตเนส สระว่ายน้ำซาวน่าครบ แต่วันที่ไปพักเป็นวันหยุด long weekend เลยทำให้คนเยอะมากๆ การบริการไม่ได้เต็มที่ และขอติเรื่อง ฝักบัวในห้องน้ำ น้ำค่อนข้างเบา และตัวล็อคฝักบัวล็อคไม่ได้ รวมไปถึงวันที่ check out น้ำเย็นไม่ไหล ในส่วนของ Breakfast ตอนเช้า ในตัวผมค่อนข้างคาดหวังไว้มากว่าอาหารน่าจะดี แต่ไปใช้บริการแล้วไม่ประทับใจเลยในส่วนของอาหารค่อนข้างมีน้อยมากและอาหารไม่หลากหลาย ผมไปพักโรงแรม 4 ดาวหลายที่ อาหารค่อนข้างหลากหลายและเยอะกว่านี้ แต่ถ้าถามว่าจะกลับไปพักใหม่ไหม ต้องขอคิดดูก่อนครับ

ระบบแย่ ห้องพักสกปรก ที่จอดรถไม่พอ น้ำไม่สะอาด

ไม่มีระบบการคัดกรองกับผู้เข้าพัก ไม่มีการวัดอุณภูมิ ไม่มีแอลกอฮอลเจล ไม่มีการฆ่าเชื้อ ห้องพักฝุ่นเยอะมากจนนอนไม่ได้ น้ำไหลออกมาเป็นตะกอนสีดำ โรงแรมทำการจองหาย ต้องเสียเวลาในการติดต่อ แล้วบอกว่าลูกค้าจองมาผิด การเช็คอินใช้เวลานอน โถงทางเดินไม่เปิดแอร์ อึกอัดจนหายใจไม่ออก ฝุ่นในโถงทางเดินเยอะมากเพราะเป็นพื้นพรม ที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ ระบบคีย์การ์ดของประตูห้องพักเสีย เปลี้ยนคีย์การ์ด 2 รอบ ก็ยังไม่สามารถเข้าห้องได้ ต้องให้ลูกค้าโทรไปสอบถามเองตลอดว่าเข้าห้องได้หรือยัง กว่าจะได้เข้าห้องก็เกือบ 21.00 น.

ชอบสระว่ายน้ำอุ่นที่สุด สระว่ายน้ำสวย ห้องสะอาด อาหารบุฟเฟต์หลากหลาย แต่เช็คอินช้ามาก ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ รวมๆๆ ดีค่ะ

Good stay but it could have been great

Great view from the room, good style, excellent decor. The bedroom air condition had problems that maintenance fixed, so the room was cool but the air conditioning became noisy which made sleeping a problem. The shower door also was coming off the hinges. The hotel was told but didn't fix it during our stay. Perhaps covid 19 had something to do with it

No come back there again

We were checked in last Saturday for 4 rooms with type 2 bedroom suites. Finally some of my family couldn’t been there from Covid-19 but we haven’t cancel the room yet. During stay everything was okay. Once checkout one of the reception asked us to pay for towel 300.- that was lost in one of our room. How do I know how many you place in our room? Once checkin no one else take us to the room. Don’t help us for belonging. Just gave us for the keycard

Housekeeping 服務態度0分，我們3:30外出叫服務員執房他們沒有執房沒有玩毛巾什麼都沒有做然後打電話叫前台叫House keeping執房她只是入嚟執房換咗垃圾放咗兩支水就算,完全沒有換毛巾玩廁紙真係你晒大浦,最後再要打多次電話給前台才攞兩條毛巾跟一盒廁紙來態度極差

最悪でした。

写真と違い部屋も質素でシャワー室の排水口がつまり過ぎていてシャワー時に水が溜まり困りました。また家族3人で泊まったにもかかわらずタオルは2枚までと言われ歯ブラシも頂けませんでした。朝食時は人が多すぎて、食べ物も飲み物もほぼなく、朝食付きでしたが食べずにチェックアウトしました。プールサイドの排水口に大きいゴキブリも何匹か居たり、最悪なホテルでした。またチェックイン時にニューイヤーの花火があがるのか確認したところ、わからないという返事しかなく二度と泊まることはないと思いますしお勧めしません。主人の仕事先だったので写真で良さそうなこちらのホテルを選択しましたが、今まで泊まってきた高級ホテルと比べるとこんな程度なのか、という感想しかありません。日本の同じお値段のホテルとは比べない方がいいです。綺麗好きな方には絶対おすすめできません。

เข้าพักช่วงสิ้นปี ในห้องพักไม่มีอุปกรณ์จานชามช้อน เลยโทรไป front แจ้งว่าไม่ขอดังกล่าว ทางโรงแรมสามารถจัดหาให้ได้และจะนำขึ้นมาส่งให้ แต่ว่าช้ามากต้องโทรตามอีกครั้ง โดยรวมห้องพักสะอาด สระว่ายน้ำวิวดีมากแนะนำ
