The place is would be nice for a couple, easy to find dinner place, close to walking-street, just only An elderly man staff stared at me and my husband with an unfriendly and disrespectful gaze. Even though I am a customer who comes to stay at the hotel. But the two female employees are very cute. Both service and speaking are good.

Service level; Concentration camp minus

Rude reception, warning signs and threats for punishments hanging on any free spot on the walls, an undless list for punsihment for your potential "crimes" a year long, all from damaged laundry bag to broken TV's.. Breakfast as a joke from Monthy Pyton They don't deserve calling themself a "hotel", though spacy rooms and allright location.

I went to the hotel and asked for early check in for my friend a few days before he was due to arrive and they wanted an extra 1500 baht (£35) and refused to budge on the price. The receptionist and the manager were also very unfriendly and did not say hello back when I greeted them because they were to busy. You can easily get a room for the night for that price ie the Boutique and Bravo City Hotel across the road with a better service, breakfasts and over a hundred rooms which cost around 1000 baht (£22) per night. When my friend arrived he was charged 750 baht. It would seem the Asana hotel just makes up the price to suit their moods. My suggestion is to book elsewhere as this hotel will also charge for late check outs and etc unlike the Boutique and Bravo City Hotel where I stayed that lets all my parties check out 2 hours later without any issues with a gym, pool and free beach towels.

2nd time staying here when visiting Pattaya its far enough from walking street so that you can rest and the rooms are big and spacious. The only thing is the hard beds lol but everything from staff to breakfast in the morning helpful and they make sure to help.

Rude staff and no to nil options for breakfast. The towels were worn out and if you ask to change that, wants 50baht for that, no extra toilet rolls in toilet, you have to go at reception and ask for that.

Like the spacious room and spacious toilet with bathtub. Location is good if you spend the night near the main pubs as it walking distance. Price is a little high considering the room, amenities and bedlinen is quite basic, similar to a 3-star hotel. We do get a bit irritated when the staff kept calling to chase us out exactly at 12 noon, even though the whole hotel is empty. At a more upmarket hotel, we could easily request for a slightly later checkout at 1pm.
