The Epicenter of the Party in Pattaya

If you’re traveling alone or with buddies, look now further. This is the epicenter of Pattaya - right at the entrance to Walking Street. Some rooms have an ocean view, but choose that option before booking, as it’ll be more at the front desk. No restaurant, but the Beer Garden is right beneath your room.

Hotel is really like old time motel without a parking lot rooms need updating although my room overlooked the ocean and it was a fabulous view of Pattaya beach city etc thats where it stopped bed is super hard like sleeping on concrete floor television didnt work no picture they did fix it however reception lousy i asked is it fixed yes yes did you replace batteries in remote yes yes nothing worked its no no do had to walk back to reception to get batteries no phones in room staff are super nice however motel/hotel ???

I enjoyed my 2 week stay at sea residence. The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels and a couple of bottles of water were supplied. There is also a laundry service if you want any laundry done just ask the staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby, the Beer garden restaurant is on the ground floor below and has a great selection of food. The beach is close by and walking street is not far. I’ll visit again, cheers.

Decent property, 1000 baht deposit tho

My best friend and I spent 2 weeks in Thailand between Pattaya to Bangkok to Chiang Mai down to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi and other islands, we stayed in multiple hotels, always booking 2 rooms so we were able to compare between rooms as well. The location was perfect, the rooms were fine, HOWEVER, they require a 1000 baht deposit and did not refund mine (we left in a hurry so I forgot to ask but the certainly didnt offer it up at check out so be sure to ask for it back) everywhere else we stayed the deposit was like 100-200 baht not a thousand!
