Amazing Penthouse (110m2) with 2 bedrooms, livingroom, diningroom and kitchen.
In a quiet area, middle in the centre of Pattaya we build this Penthouse. The Penthouse (second floor) has a fantastic view over a small lake and the mountain, has all the luxury that you will need for an amazing holiday in Thailand. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the 'nightlife' and 'shopping' area.

The Penthouse in 'Thai-Bali style', is build to European standards with double walls, quality building materials in 2010 and has an European kitchen, cable TV, DVD, Internet, luxurious bathrooms, air conditioning, living room, terrace, king and queen size bed and a lot more for your fantastic holiday. There's a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.

Sehr schönes Appartment sowohl oben als auch unten. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und unkompliziert aber besonders hat uns die Reinigungskraft überrascht. Sehr diskret und freundlich. Dies war mein erstes Mal dort aber sicher nicht das letztes Mal !

The place was delight to stay, clean, tidy and modern. Also not far away but far enough away from the center. There is a convenience store (seven eleven) restaurants and laundromats in walking distance. The cleaner was a lovely lady, even though we arrived there late (11:30pm) she was there for us as well as when we left which was 6:20am. Thank you so much

Awesome stay? The property manager was attentive, the facility was clean, and common areas like, Walking Street, bars, and lodges were not far away. I would definitely use this facility in the future.

Your flat is excellent in all respects. Oye, the housekeeper, was really helpful throughout my stay, even driving me places for medical care and to pick up souvenirs. I hope to return in two years. Until we meet again.

Friendly staff, Affordable, beautiful property

Some minor hiccups with communication. Only due to time differences and language barriers, however, overall, the experience was amazing. The owner was friendly, the cleaning staff were great. The condo was spacious and very private, very accommodating. I would highly recommend it. Walking distance to shops and local scooter hire. 10/10 would stay again

Overall an excellent property, but !!

Everything was excellent, other than jacuzzi unusable due to massive leak, we booked this property because of the jacuzzi, it wasnt a sudden fault, this was known before hand ,thus felt we should have been informed, its a 10/10 property if this is resolved, worth checking before booking.

Awesome accommodations! This was the perfect location for my trip to Pattaya. The condo was close enough to gain access to the beach, restaurants, and many activities in and around Pattaya. Our host was superb, if I had a question, she was able to respond almost immediately. Ayo, the property manager, was exceptional. She took great care of me while staying here. When I return to Pattaya, this will be my first choice. There are no complaints from me, only accolades!

Es war Traumhaft

Alles war so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag von der gleichen Reinigungskraft gereinigt, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, wenn man schmutzige Kleidung hatte, war es kein Problem für die Reinigungskraft sich darum zu kümmern, sie brachte die schmutzige Kleidung in einer Reinigung (sehr günstig)und bekam sie 1 Tag später wieder zurück. Der Urlaub war traumhaft, das Penthouse sehr schön und groß, Küche genial mit großem Kühlschrank. Nächstes Jahr ist schon geplant......ich komme wieder :-)

best trip ever

stayed on second level and climb 15 stairs negative. but the villa was as advertised and the daily service was the best i ever had!!!!!!!!!!!. orv the lady that did the cleaning had a great personality and made sure we had everything we needed. wonderful stay will visit soon. the taxi service was so easy to access and took us all over. wonderful trip.

Everytime!

I truly hope to stay at that this beautiful villa everytime I stay in Pattaya(I will be back!!!). The place was kept very well and we were treated wonderfully. The only problem what finding the place. It didn't seem like a lot of taxi drivers knew exactly how to find the place. but once I pinned it my phone we were all set. 5 star place that I would recommend to anyone!!!

This property is exactly as advertised. Communication with the host both prior to my stay and during my vacation was fantastic. There is an onsite staff that provides cleaning and is an excellent resource to ask questions or ask for help. The property itself is located in a great area. There are plenty of restaurants with American, Mexican, Indian, Italian and of course Thai cuisines and if you are into street food plenty of options all over the place. Grocery stores ranging from convenience stores to full fledged grocery stores and pharmacies are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Walking Street is about a 15 to 20 minute walk with both motorcycle and conventional taxis readily available around the property. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

Everything was very very good...

We stay in this Penthouse for 15 days! At our arrive at the hotel Joy was there give us the keys and shows us everything we have to know! If we had any problems or things we need she was always helping us as fast as possible! The pictures don't look like the penthouse looks like! In real it's better! I can't say anything bad! I will come back and stay in this penthouse again that's sure!

Staying in Pattaya Thailand, this whole trip and staying in the apartment was excellent the location is just super because it’s a dead-end street no traffic really really quiet the whole apartment was just super clean the housekeeper Rose was so helpful with everything a great restaurant right down the street walking to it also 7-Eleven close by
