The cleaning staff only wipe down, the property isn’t maintained and it show its age. The staff are all very friendly and courteous and try to provide the best they can. The rooms were missing items that are shown in the online pictures(chairs and television to name a couple).

I love the size of room 1.5 bath. The staff were just amazing. Disappointed with the condition of the spa sauna in disrepair and there was an issue with the WiFi during my stay. However whenever I come to Pattaya I will try and stay here.

I like the location of the hotel. I think the improvements should be the wireless service. It drops so frequently. The signal is not strong enough in the higher rooms to maintain a connection.

Big 2 bedroom suite for excellent price.

Great service, hotel is a bit dated - but that was expected. Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite with reasonable price. Good option to have the kitchen, but recommend more dishes (plates of various sizes and a carving knife). Nice and quiet but a bit far from Soi Bhau Khau and surrounding dining, shopping and beach. Plan on 60 Baht motorcycle taxis every time you leave the hotel - but that was fine. Pool was okay, housekeeping was timely and everyone was friendly. Good covered parking if you drive your own car.

I saw some bad reviews on this property and they are absolutely false. Yes it’s an older property but you get lots of extra space, nice balcony, big pool, clean workout facility, get staff

Unfortunately the swimming pool needs completely renewing all the tiles are cracked or misssing and covered over with a kind of pool liner which keeps floating up. My room was to the rear of the hotel next to waste land where I was woken at 5:15am every morning due to cockerels But the rooms were a good size and maids constantly cleaned them

Pros; Ac and wifi is working good, spacious place for a family staycation. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.Dental, spa and 7/11 just outside the hotel 2min walking. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, spa, saloon, laundry and public hospital if any emergency. Cons; Wish they could fix sauna and threadmill @fitness area. AC upon request wherever anyone needs it., swimming pool out of service, Towels are worn out and old. In our suite, No soap in shower area. Stove wasn't working. No cooking utensils or pots and pans, no TV,s in the bedrooms, They provide free half buffet breakfast and few selections of main dishes which you can order on the menu, disappointed, i have been staying at the four Seasons since I started visiting Pattaya around 15 years ago, i won't stay there again,

This was the second time we stayed here. Pros: spacious, theme of decorations, friendly staff; Cons: a bit far from the beach and actions, very limited options for breakfast. Forgot to mention to the staff that the balcony door doesn't lock.

The property needs a renovation.The WiFi through out the hotel is really terrible.I must admit that the staff went above and beyond to help me in this area by changing my room and giving me a router.The kitchen had cockroach’s in it.Overall the room is very spacious.Even though they say no smoking in the room I smelt smoke coming through the air conditioning system every morning.

Amazing how much room you get for the small price of 37usd. It is an apartment, living room, bedroom and kitchen area. The staff is so nice too! Hello and goodbye every time. The towels smell clean when you dry your face, some places have a slight musty smell not here. There is a full refrigerator and a full freezer. Then my room had a balcony where I watched the people build some apartments, i love watching that. Speaking of the construction. The windows in my room are great, i couldn't hear any noise coming from the work and i am a super lite sleeper. Great place to stay. But a place to have to leave and go back to my small home. This place need a 9.9 rating.

The hotel has very old furniture .the painting in room is tasteless.tv doesnt work properly.internet too slow.some Staff at the reception dont understand english. I didnt feel welcome in this hotel. You will find a list of things not to do in the room. Prices of damages per item if you caused one. Doors,glases and all that nonsense.kind of condenscendinng attitude if you will.despite the fact that you have to pay a deposit of 2000 baht as deposit before check in. Dont stay here if you love luxury and peace of mind.twice they tried to fix my tv and the third time i didnt even call them.the rooms are very spacious.sorry i will never return here

We found this place very comfortable. The bed is wonderful. The room is big.The balcony is exceptional. Call of you the food is good. The only issue I have is the perfume that they use in the cleaning products which is very strong, especially around the pool. I definitely would stay here again
