Fantastic hotel, in the middle of the very busy Soi Bukow, near to noisy bars and traffic but I didn’t hear any noise in my room. It has a compact swimming pool with loungers, so you may not find a free seat. The breakfast didn’t have many traditional English options but there are lots of other choices. The room was compact and the bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Good afternoon. My stay at the hotel was quite nice. The staff was friendly and the tour(excursion) operator(Thi) was very polite full , friendly and have a great personality. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Fan. Fan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always had a warm smile that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests the way she does. Her attentiveness and positive energy really stood out and made a huge difference in my overall experience. Thank you, Fan, and the entire Holiday Inn team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning — and I’ll be recommending this hotel to friends and family!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to all the activities we needed. Restaurants, markets and Transportation are all nearby. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have stayed here three times now and intend on staying here again.
