Stayed here before and would recommend,layed back place with no hassle. The place is not modern but has a good sized room and balcony, could do with some maintenance in places but overall very good. Access to the rooms is through a busy bar.

Great staff and service. Clean large room with wetroom and safe. Great cheap food on site used by many. Obviously loud area until early hours.

This is the ronseal of accommodation in pattaya, does what it says on the tin.. No frills basic clean rooms, hot shower, good air con, friendly staff and owner, breakfast is cheap and always 10/10 cooked perfect. Solid guest friendly beds :).. It's right in the heart of the action so if you want quite go stay in Naklua but you'll be missing out.. It's that good I'm going back again in June...... PS I better get room 33 again for this stunning review haha

This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money

The location is great for party central. This is not a quiet retreat. An excellent sports bar with great management and staff. You are always made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is really the biggest drawcard. Will definitely return here.
