Nice hotel with fantastic staff. Pool is great . On the minus side the hotels starting to be a bit dated and would benefit from a renovation.

Great stay for decent price

Great stay. Aged property but maintained well and everything was functional and clean. Service was also very good. They were very nice. Location was also great, near central and lots of restaurants and spas.

Great Stay

Great stay, hotel could do with a slight upgrade but nothing too drastic. Their Wizard brewery next door is fabulous and their meals are very tasty and a great price. Would definitely recommend.

A warm welcome at the reception, the staff all smiling, very helpful and kind. The room clean, the bed a little hard but ok. Location a short walk from the beach with the walking street close by. Lots of restaurants, shopping and bars etc. All easy to reach by foot. I definitely enjoyed my visit at this hotel.

Location was great for me as I wanted to see the central areas of Pattaya. Staff were generally friendly. Room was big. My only comment is that the place feels old. Everything need updating. For the same price in Bangkok I can stay at a clean new(ish) hotel.

Great location and lovely staff. This is a nice hotel just a bit past its prime. The welcome presentation was strange. Turn in your plastic door card when you leave or face a major fine if you lose it. Be careful in the bathroom--the 2 inch down step can be painful if it's forgotten when exiting.

Nothing wow about this place, except the good location and located on a road where there is no drive through. There are also nothing to complain about. Everything in the gym was out of order. The fan was functional and the dumbbells were intact.

Goof hotel with friendly staff, but in need of an upgrade as getting a bit tired now. Amenities a little lacking - the gym is not great, the sauna is broken and basics like hand soap and a mini bar are no longer present. Internet is generally unreliable and you have to frequently log in as you move around the hotel, which I find quite irritating.

Great hotel near Beach Rd

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was cold. Bed felt nice. The hotel provided bathroom essentials like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. 2 sets of towels were provided everyday. 2 free bottles of water as well. I liked the breakfast buffet in the morning, very reasonable at 350 baht. The hotel staff were nice and helpful people. Thanks for your hospitality. Overall great location in Pattaya. A little loud with the nearby bars playing live rock music past midnight. I admit the music was great. If there was an improvement to be made, I suggest installing sound proof rooms. I definitely can hear my neighbors, especially at night. I am sure they can hear me too. Last but not least, yes, outside guests are allowed. I am definitely coming back.

Das Personal war super höflich und zuvorkommend egal ob es nun empfang, rezeption, housekeeping oder restaurant war. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen gerade die Poolarea auf dem rooftop. Zimmer leider nicht wie die Bilder auf Expedia.
