Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Kamers waren in principe schoon. Airco werkte goed. Echter zijn ze erg gierig met handdoeken en baddoeken. Verder waren deze zeer matig van kwaliteit en ook nog eens erg oud. In de badkamer was alleen een bad en daar hing nog eens een kapotte/verrotte/vieze douchegordijn naast. Er waren geen winkels in de buurt. Er waren wel een aantal "kamers" die als winkels werden gebruikt, maar aanbod was minimaal en hadden wij verder niets aan. Personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk. Er spreekt echter niemand Engels en dit maakte de communicatie lastig. We hadden altijd Google Translate nodig. Receptie was bijna nooit bemand. Als we iets nodig hadden, dan moesten we het soms aanzien of we iemand zouden aantreffen. Ik had het Instagram-adres van de receptioniste bij check-in gevraagd. Als er iets aan de hand was, dan schreef ik haar via Instagram en kreeg uren later pas een antwoord.
