Absolutely great location to stay. Terminal 21 just down the road . Handy to everything markets , shops , food , taxis . Has a great pool . Staff very pleasant .

I liked the old school keys. Yes the building is so old they still use keys. Give you that old school vibe. There is no ac through out check in, only in rooms. But again that is a nice touch, allows you enjoy the breeze that comes through the open door. walakable diatance to a mall that has a amazing food court allows you to sit down and eat at a resonable price. You can walk to the beach. Over all clean. Staff came to clean room every day. Some guests will smoke in their rooms and stink up the whole corridor.

It is an old building with disinterested staff which makes the service inadequate. The positive thing is that it is located near a large shopping center Terminal 21 and Pattaya beach is easy to reach. The making of the room was ok.

I reserved a suite and it was quite spacious for three people. Only complaint was the small ants in the room, but those are hard to avoid in Thailand. The in unit AC also worked very well!

Ok. This is an older building that’s well maintained but might have structural issues. I came in February so they might be more fully equipped in the peak season. Here is what they do NOT have: A restaurant Room service Business center with printer Laundry/dry cleaning Safe in rooms.

Ants

The property is half open the front building office with rooms. The restaurant has been closed for a long time in the main area spiderwebs and all the corners we had ants in every room they moved us to so finally they gave us a can of spray so that we could kill the ants every morning I think the Covid shut downs as financially weekend the owners

ホテルを出て徒歩２分圏内に２つのコンビニ、屋台、マッサージ、バー、ターミナル２１まで徒歩１０分以内、道中には素敵なレストランなど多数、ソンテウも走っておりコスパの良いホテルでした！お部屋は簡素でしたが清潔に保たれており、ホテルのWi-Fiの不具合にも丁寧に対処してくださりノーストレスで滞在できました！お部屋は５階でしたがバルコニーで花火も鑑賞できて得した気分になれました💓 （ホテルの客室は７階まであったので、上の階からはもっとたくさんの花火が鑑賞できると思います！）
