2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Almost nothing was good.

Many promised items was missing from my room. Everything is old and many things were broken. Cleaning is 1/5, l needed to clean by myself to be able to stay there. I saw two roaches. The reception lady was shouting for some men when we arrived. Sound proofing of room doors does not exist. Only good thing l can think of, is that staff was helpfull and nice.
