The property is conveniently located near the entrance of walking street. The staff is great and were very helpful and accomodating. The room was adequate for a place to sleep but this is not a 5 star hotel with all the latest amenities. Old fashioned key system, small elevator, poor wifi-system, and antiquated bed were the bad notes. Awesome location, safe thanks to staff, great staff people, great housekeeping crew, and just a good place for the money you pay. If this hotel would do a renovation, it would be 5 stars.

Clean, comfortable, great location (but not quiet)

Clean and comfortable in great location (but not quiet). Single male stayed for seven nights in a deluxe room. Room was spacious (huge), clean and comfortable with everything I needed, plus the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. Only negatives were the quality of furnishings in the room and quality of bathroom fittings: some things appearing cheap and fragile. Plus there is a housekeeping station on each floor with a telephone (unattended) and it rang constantly every morning as front desk wanted to communicate with housekeeping: in 2023 there has to be a better way!!! Walking Street is nearby, but is so overrated and one visit was enough…fortunately lots of other entertainment and dining options are within a reasonable walking distance…but if you are lazy, just catch the 10 baht bus.

Moi. Jos sijaintia etsii läheltä Walking Street ja palveluja, on tämä hotelli valintani jatkossa. Erittäin avulias henkilökunta. Hotellissa hyvä allas, hyvät huone, ruoka ja pesula palvelut yms. Siisteys ok. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Ilmastointilaitteet vanhoja ja vähän meluisia. TV urheilu kanavien valikko suppea.

Bra service och trevlig personal!

Rummet kändes väldigt gammalt och slitet, men personalen supertrevlig och i övrigt inget att klaga på. Bodde här medan jag var på jobb och det fungerade väldigt bra, Internetuppkopplingen godkänd. Antagligen inget hotell dit du tar med familjen till med tanke på vilket område det ligger i.

The room was clean and nice. The main problems I had with the venue was the poor WiFi. I had to get a different WiFi password for each device, instead of being able to use multiple devices on the one password. Also, the WiFi disconnected every hour and I had to reconnect. Also, the elevator goes to the ground floor, but only with access being allowed by the front desk, so guests have to walk up and down the main stairs every time they enter or leave the venue.
