Easily the best bang for your buck in Pattaya. The most comfortable bed I’ve experienced in Pattaya and extremely large rooms that are all suites. The rooftop pool is large, I only wish the jacuzzi was an actual hot tub and that the pool was zero edge. Make sure to eat the breakfast, especially the eggs to order.

Tired and over priced

Was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were tatty and dated and not especially clean. Furniture was battered. Was very overpriced compared to other hotels in Pattaya. We moved to another one after a few days that was cheaper and much nicer.

The hotel location is far from any activities. During rush hour, it took an hour to go about 5-10 miles. The beach is a good distance and I would not recommend walking there with kids. The area is quiet since it’s away from the Main Street. The rooms are really nice and spacious. It would be perfect for a family staying for a long period of time. There is a 7-11 about 2 minutes away, which was nice and convenient.

When first booking in they advised had upgraded our rooms but with the upgrade no breakfast was included also was in completely different building to pool and then to top it off got charged for black dirt on bathmats due to walking between buildings after using pool also one of our group got downgraded from 55sq metres to 84 square metre room with breakfast included and was far superior to our rooms also had washing machine drier and when requsting if the other 2 rooms to be changed was yelled at by receptionist room were also very dirty and our room also had sewer smells

Nova is in the interior lot of walking at least minimum of 20 minutes and taxi is expensive to get the hotel. There was 711and a convenience store close by. Towels were dirty and aged by many years of use and turned brown. Kitchenette counter had worn out microwave was kept so high 5 feet height person cannot reach it. Washing machine dryer was not working. No proper furniture to seat relax or eat. Bed was hard as a rock. Very disappointed will never stay there again. Bathroom floors are tiles and slippery. Breakfast was ok. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Our stay was not pleasant there.

Overall good but three things need to be addressed. 1. Get new towels. Full stop. Your towels are old and falling apart with strings unraveling at the edges. 2. Air-conditioning maintenence needed. Living room area was hot. I asked the front desk to take a look and was told that if you set the temp below 22, ice forms in the unit. Yes, I know that. Ice forms because you have dirty coils, coolant leak or any number of reasons. I sucked it up and stayed in the bedroom most of the time. 3. Hot water was intermittent or non existent. Again, maintenance needed on the property. This place was great a few years ago. I would like to see it return to its former glory.

Formerly Amari Suites, the current Nova Suites by Compass is my new go-to hotel in Pattaya (at this price). It used to be much more expensive. Maybe just low season, but currently it's an incredible value. I stayed 5 nights in the 85 sqm. suite. Good air, solid internet (WiFi & wired), great shower. Full kitchen & even a washer/sort-of-dryer. Friendly staff. Comfy bed.... Basically 0 complaints.

I already did one review on this place. I get confused, but it is a nice place a lot of room. You won’t have the expensive view of the bayfront, but you will have a lot of footage and a lot of amenities. Very good place to stay for a long stay if you’d like to cook, it has a great kitchen and also a washer and dryer and it does have a nice porch to sit out at night Cold air with a complicated thermostat
