Disgusting Phu Talay Resort in Pattha Ya

It was a disgusting experience. I arrived at 04 a.m. i had no Bahts to pay the taxi. I asked for 500B to the reception. He didn't give instead they changed my dollars with low rate. I asked the bellboy to get my luggage from the taxi; he said NO I went to my room on my own. Then the other morning my girl friend and i was passing through the reception and the receptionest called me: Hey bro! Then we wanted to boil water they said no water boiler they had. We asked two more pillows and the room caretaker woman didn't give, instead she asked to the reception. And on the last they i have the right to leave at 12:00 they called at 06:30 time to check out. I couldn't believe they behaved me like someone who is staying at the hotel for free. I will never stay at this hotel again. Besides disgusting breakfast for additional money

A two star at best hotel

The pictures of the property must have been taken when they first opened, it needs a lot of work to look as good as it does in the pictures. As for the room, it comes with a large refrigerator but no microwave. The bathroom is a good size and the shower area has plenty of room, but no bath. IMPORTANT: You do not get WIFI in your room, only in the lobby area. If you need constant wifi, skip this hotel!

They rooms were nice and clean. There is no room service and no wifi in the rooms. You can only use wifi in the lonby only from the hoirs of 10:30AM until 6:00. this was the worst part knowing i spent that much for rooms and im grounded and can only use wifi at there times. Breakfast was no good the choices are very slim. It is around 2 miles to the walking street. So if your going i would find a better hotel than this on. The do no even have irons for the huest to use. There is no minibars. Bad vaule.
