The hotel is very safe, good wifi , nice lobby and clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and willing to help all the times. Front desk for is 24x7. The hotel is very close to the beach and shopping malls. My stay was perfect, I will come here again when I visit this area.

Soi 10 is quiet and easy access to beach side and other restaurants along the 2nd road. Hotel does look a bit worn and torn but generally modern rooms are nice. Pool was disappointing and with dirty water.

Nice hotel. Good Wi-Fi. Nice sea view room. Room service available. Only slight negative is when I arrived I only had a quarter of a toilet paper roll in my room so I went to 7/11 and bought a full roll and more shower gel as you only get a tiny shower gel which isn’t enough, and I don’t want to call reception for more. Hotel should give full toilet roll for new check-in person and more gel.

My room was filthy and it smelled like mildew. There were cigarette butts on my patio and a condom in my toilet! I contacted you guys immediately with my concerns. I will deal with directly when I return to the States. I had a 4 day reservation and I left after 1. You should be embarrassed to list that property.

I love this place for both it's general good standing and for the little details. They have umbrellas ready in case of rain. Housekeeping stands by ready to make up the room without delay. The desk light and outlets stay powered when the room is vacant. Excellent water pressure. Great location with a laundry, hair saloon and street restaurant right next to it.

I was surprised that the staff did not greet me at all because it was not another hotel. It was nice to have hot water coming out without interruption. I was disappointed that the indoor footwear was sandals instead of slippers.
