This property is showing its age with insecure doors and poorly maintained fitness equipment. Breakfast needs to be taken at the adjacent café or other hotels nearby. However, the room rate is low and you get what you pay for.

Clean hotel a bit far from the action

A great hotel with a small shallow pool and very small gym about the size of a bathroom. The rooms are big and clean and you get free water and daily housekeeping, but no toothbrushes. No deposit required at check-in. You have to walk about 15 minutes to get to Soi 6 or 2nd road for a baht bus, so it is a bit far from entertainment. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Bei diesem Hotel passt einfach alles - erstklassiges Service - sehr freundliches Personal, 24h - Gratis-Shuttle-Dienst zu den umliegenden Hauptstraßen (auch Abholung f. Rückfahrt problemlos möglich), Check-In war ohne vorige Kontaktaufnahme 5 Stunden vorher (!!!!) ohne Aufpreis problemlos möglich, Check-Out eine Stunde später ebenfalls ohne Aufpreis problemlos möglich! Deluxe-Zimmer sind riesengroß, sehr sauber und auch sehr ruhig (kein Straßenlärm, obwohl Zimmer zur Straße gelegen) - unser Zimmer hatte zudem einen Eckbalkon! Pool am Dach ebenfalls klasse. WLAN einwandfrei sowohl im Zimmer als auch am Pool. Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter (Mobiliar, Gang), aber in dieser Preisklasse sicher schwer zu toppen!!

Great Stay

Overall a nice stay, Good pool on top of the building, very clean, nice and pleasant girls working there. Room was spacious on a fifth floor. Restaurant was in a hotel with good food, service and price was right.. Location was little bit out of way.. From 2nd beach road you can walk 10 minutes or take a scooter taxi for 40 baht. They do have complimentary shuttle bus going to Terminal 21 or few places on 2nd beach road, and guys driving were also very nice.

This quaint place in the near the walk streets is busy at all hours. Seem like more of a hostel than a hotel. The salt water pool on the 6th floor is a plus.

Bonne adresse .

Just a normal stay.

Quite a present stay for me... Upon arrived, greet by a friendly & helpful reception girl. Given me all the information that I needed for my stay. The hotel is rather far from malls or walking street. The plus point is they have 24h free shuttle service that send & pick up. One thing I would like to highlight was the balcony sliding door lock, I wonder why it was always unlock by itself. Please check on it, so that guest can sleep with peace of mind.

Meget bra lavbudsjett hotell.

Stort sett alle ansatte er positive og hyggelige. Ok saltvann takbassenget med deilig temperatur. Endel sigarettrøyk lukt fra europeiske pensjonister som ikke tar hensyn til andre gjester. Mange hoteller i denne relativt rolige delen av sentralpattaya. Egen hotellbil til central road, 2. og 3.road eller big c nord. Tyskinspirert restaurant i bygget, thairestaurant utenfor døren. Ok balkonger, noe lytt mellom rommene, som ikke er helt uvanlig. Vi har bodd her flere ganger og i lange perioder om vinteren og trives her.

Perfect city location.

The location is very good, there’s a laundry, two super good small restaurants and a coffee-bar ten meters away. Situated exactly in tge middle of tge crazy areas. Very near Soi Bokhao.
