I contacted Expedia and mentioned my mother had recently died, reason for my trip. The motel still would not refund because check in was at 3:00pm and I called at 7:30pm with information regarding weather and flight changes beyond my control. Stinks that I couldn't get a refund"

"The staff was very nice. The rooms were ok. The insulation is not great so noise from room to room. Elevators were broken for at least a couple days and it is a 5 floor building. Quiet area. "
