"The bed was comfortable but cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was clean but the carpet was wet and the bathroom surfaces and door and floor were sticky and dirty."

So we went and checked out the town, ate supper and had still not received a message regarding availability of room. By now it was 2 1/2 or 3 hours later, went back to motel and was told room was in the process of being cleaned then. so a check in that started at 3 pm finally got to room @ 8:30 pm and then it was obvious the bathroom sink or tub had not been cleaned.
