"Beautiful hotel with a fantastic balcony view of mount Etna. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very attentive. Service in the restaurant was at a relaxed pace, but the food and wine were excellent. We also had some spa treatments which were lovely. If you’re staying here then a day trip up mount Etna is a must!"

"The hotel is a bit remote. We contacted the hotel to arrange the shuttle while we were on the ferry, but were told we had to call, which we weren’t able to do at the time. This made the arrival a little inconvenient. The pool has a beautiful view, although there aren’t quite enough lounge chairs for all the guests. Overall, though, we had a nice stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and we enjoyed our time there."

"The views from the hotel are incredible. The private pool is definitely the best feature of the hotel. WiFi isn't great however, almost inexistant at times. Water pressure in the shower was a hit and miss too. Breakfast was good and the one site parking is a huge advantage. I highly recommend the hotel"
