"This home was a perfect place for our overnight stay in Katy, TX. It had all the amenities we needed including comfortable beds, WiFi connection, clean and tidy bathrooms, kitchen and living space. Centrally located, clear directions, and good communication from host were other benefits. We would be glad to stay there again. "

"Large 4 bedroom house was ideal for our stay. The property owner/manager was very responsive to questions. The property is a bit old & has signs of wear & tear - but has been kept clean. There was enough towels, plates, cups, utensils & basic pots & pans - fully functional kitchen. The only reason for giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star overall, is because of the age of the property - and we had some issues with water in one of the bathrooms - but the property owner/manage was very responsive."

"Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. "

"The check in was simple, no problems at all. The home actually looked better in person than it does in the pictures. There are 2 king sized beds, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was absolutely perfect for us. The owner interacted with us in a timely manner throughout our stay. I would go there again! "
