Magnifique!

La maison est merveilleusement située, juste au dessus de la plus belle plage de la région que l'on peut admirer depuis la terrasse. sara la propriétaire a été toujours aux petits soins et a répondu à toutes nos attentes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Seule réserve: A dix, on y est vraiment un peu à l'étroit, à huit, elle est parfaite

Traumurlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wundervolles großzügig geschnittenes Haus mit allem Confort. Wir sind sehr herzlich persönlich von dem Vermieter Paar in Empfang genommen worden. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus einfach nur schön. Nur 147 Stufen bis zum Felsenstrand. (Badeschuhe nicht vergessen,) Auch unsere Abreise, war völlig unproblematisch. Sara, die Vermieterin hat sich am Abend zuvor von uns mit einem Geschenk verabschiedet, am nächsten Morgen konnten wir einfach ohne Bürokratie abreisen. Fazit: vorbildliche Vermieter, gepflegtes Haus , unbürokratische Abwicklung, süßer Urlaubsort an dem man alles für den täglichen Gebrauch zu Fuß vorfindet. Absolut empfehlenswert

Bella e comoda

Casa comoda, pulita e molto ben ubicata. Vicino al mare e tranquilla al tempo stesso, e con un terrazzino davvero comodissimo che consente di mangiare all’aperto, con lo sfondo del bellissimo mare locale. La Signora Sara è gentile disponibile e discreta. Insomma una bella casa, ben gestita in un bel posto.

Che bella vacanza!

Prima settimana di Luglio nella casa Baia 5. In otto siamo arrivati sabato pomeriggio e abbiamo trovato innanzi tutto un'accoglienza molto gradevole da parte di Sara, la quale ha lasciato acqua fresca, frutta in frigo, olio pugliese e marmellata di mandarino, e la casa è perfettamente fedele alla descrizione. Casa fresca, soprattutto al piano inferiore seminterrato, e molto pulita con dettagli decorativi di stile marinaresco gradevoli. Il pezzo forte è la terrazza dove la vista panoramica accompagna la giornata fino ai tramonti mozzafiato. La discesa nella piccola baia sottostante comporta delle scale, non molte, la cui fatica è ricompensata dal mare cristallino tipico del Salento. Se non si amano gli scogli della suddetta baia, sia pur degradanti nell'acqua, basta andare alla spiaggia di sabbia vicina, chiamata Felloniche, percorrendo 3 mm in auto o 10 mm a piedi. Ovviamente ci sono molte spiagge a pochi km, risalendo la costa, che sono abbastanza frequentate. Da S.Maria di Leuca si possono visitare le grotte, sia della costa Ionica che Adriatica, che sono in ogni caso molto belle. Sara e il marito si sono messi a disposizione per ogni piccola esigenza del gruppo, non ultima potenziare il wifi.

Ottima casa ottima location

Ottima casa molto pulita e ben arredata, munita di tutto il necessario. Location ideale per visitare il Salento ma anche per stare in relax a San Gregorio . La proprietaria Sara è stata davvero gentile e ci ha fornito un'accoglienza degna di un hotel a 5 stelle! Abbiamo trovato persino l'occorrente per la prima colazione del primo giorno, i letti pronti , dell'ottimo olio e la passata fatta in casa da Sara per la pasta! Che dire: scelta azzecatissima!!

Meravigliosa

Meraviglosa !!!! La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, curata anche nei dettagli, pulita e accogliente. Si arriva al mare in 2 minuti, parcheggio fronte casa, posto tranquillo e rilassante, no caos!!! Dalla terrazza abbiamo potuto godere di indimenticabili tramonti . La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!! Stefy

Traumhaus mit Aussicht

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Sehr geräumig, äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Im Juni gibt's keine Parkplatz Probleme direkt vor dem Haus. Die steinbucht ist über 157 Stufen leicht zu erreichen ( Badeschuhe!). Der Strand von Folloniche per Rad in 2 Minuten, zu Fuß ca 500 Meter. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist neu und modern. Alles funktioniert in Küche und Bad. Die anfänglichen WLAN Probleme wurden dank Sara zügig gelöst. WLAN geht im Haus nur im Aufenthaltsraum, nicht in den unteren Räumen, nur schwach auf der Terrasse, aber bei der Aussicht zu verschmerzen (Router steht in Baia 6). Kurzum: Lage, Ausstattung und Preis ergeben ein super Paket, sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank Sara, wir kommen gerne wieder.
