"The batch is perfect and located at the back of property which makes it totally private. It has all the amenities needed including an oven, full sized fridge and a decent sized kitchen for cooking those gourmet breakfasts the wifey loves. Has everything in the kitchen you need. They supply coffee beans are supplied as noticed if ever curious. Cafes are a 2min drive up the and supermarket is less than 5mins from batch. The lost Spring Spa is close by. In other words everything is located so close...

"We stayed in winter and the house is very warm with bar heaters in the lounge and in the kitchen. Am extremely well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking/bbq. Coffee plungers are there just bring your own plunger grind coffee. Electric frying pan was perfect for dinner and pancake breakfast. Plenty of beds and breakout spaces for all. "We had a terrific break at Cooks Beach. The house is situated high up in Cools Beach and has amazing views of the bay. It had all the amenities necessary to relax at home. The kayaks were great to use also. The owner provide recommendations that were really useful"

"Overall was ok, good location but place needs a bit of updating as it is very dated but has everything you need. There are ripped curtains in the bedroom and the shower needs the pressure and door fixed - simple low cost fixes which would make it much better. Owners live on site permanently and people live below the unit in the garage also so you only have the deck to use."
