"My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Maya Uma. It was a very nice B&B in a very quiet area, not far from the beaches. John-Marc and Lyod were wonderful hosts that provided a very good breakfast and great recommendations for dining and visiting nearby wineries. The room was very spacious and very well decorated, and very clean (no TV however). We had a sink and shower in the room. "This was our favorite stay in the region. The property itself and rooms are beautiful, well-furnished, spacious, and very comfy. The family was very welcoming and kind, we felt right at home. Small details such as the wine available for purchase and brochure information on the region made the stay even more exceptional. Lastly we loved the breakfast and home-made jams. "Cours des Vignes is a great little guesthouse in Pauillac. Madame Pascale was attentive to every need, including dinner reservations in nearby St Julien. Rooms were large and quiet, very well appointed. Slept very well both nights. Her breakfast was excellent! Hope to visit again !!"
