"I booked based on good reviews and inviting photos but when I arrived I felt misled. The staff is friendly and helpful but the facilities are in a bad area and the hotel is dark, uninviting and unclean. Also, the room door doesn’t even have the basic extra security features that most hotel rooms do. I was originally scheduled for 5 nights but after checking in - I immediately booked at a different hotel for the remainder of my trip. Be aware."
