"We stayed at Emanuel's villa as a couple looking for a quiet retreat, and it didn't disappoint. The place was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed in terms of appliances and facilities. The view was absolutely stunning — we loved waking up to it every morning. Emanuel was incredibly accommodating and always on hand when we needed advice. We'd 100% come back. Thank you, Emanuel, for your hospitality!"

"We had an amazing stay at Quinta Pereira, which is beautifully positioned in a peaceful spot commanding amazing views of the coastline. The property has multiple areas to sit in the gardens and enjoy the views and offers lots of different ways to keep guests entertained, from pool and table football through to the piano (a very welcome surprise), board games and even an XBOX (latest model, which our 17yo managed to leave alone for once, thrashing us at table football instead!). A hire car is essential as the area's very hilly and we'd recommend a small car or an SUV - our saloon estate was too long and low to clear the bump at the gate and park on the drive - but Wendy was only too happy for us to use the parking space by the road.Walking the levadas and a trip to the lava pools of Porto Moniz were real highlights, as were the Sunshine Pub & Grill and Restaurante O Forno.Wendy was a really responsive host and we'd have no hesitation in returning to this tranquil spot, or recommending to others."
