"The best way to verify whether a property keeps everything clean is by looking at the underside of a toilet seat and the towels. Both were clean and I had no problem using their towels. Decent price and very well lit with lots of parking space. I will choose this place next time I have to visit Winston Salem."

"The bungalow was the cutest space!In a safe, quiet neighborhood, well decorated and furnished!Considerate little touches like water and snacks which were much appreciated after the common long travel days. "As stated very clean interior. The bed sheets were microfiber which unlike cotton do not breath and the pillows could certainly use an upgrade. future guests may like to bring their own. It would be nice to know how long to wait for reimbursement of the damage deposit and it certainly seems rather much. Speaking of which there was a small hole and ruined blind in the laundry room. Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants needed attention. A rental should never look scruffier than surrounding properties."
