"We all enjoyed your location in Perry for our annual Memorial Day weekend to meet up with other family members. My family has gone to Letchworth State Park ever since I can remember on the Sunday before Memorial Day! Your Gate House place was everything we needed and more! Your basement area which was well equipped with fooseball, pool table, shuffleboard, games etc. was a big hit by all. The basketball area which was outside was a big hit as well! "We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend."
