  • Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds.
