ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Weekly stays only, year-round. Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

No Smoking. No Pets (resort rules prohibit guest pets).

Loved the townhouse and the location. Very peaceful and short walk to the beach. The townhouse was very homey and we loved that the deck overlooked the lake. We will be back!
