ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.

HOME IMPROVEMENTS: 2025 - both bathrooms renovated, additional new kitchen updates including cabinets and fixtures, fresh interior paint throughout, new smart TVs, new living room furniture. 

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. RESORT FEE: A mandatory Resort Fee of $15 per reserved night ($210 cap) required by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA is subject to taxes and must be collected in full on each reservation.

Relaxing getaway

Loved the townhouse and the location. Very peaceful and short walk to the beach. The townhouse was very homey and we loved that the deck overlooked the lake. We will be back!
