"When we checked in, the room keys didn't work, so had to go back down because they were programmed wrong. Once got in room, there was only 1 washcloth. Upon leaving in the AM .we saw housekeeping a couple doors down and informed them. When we returned in the evening. NO Housekeeping at ALL. Husband went to front desk and was told housekeeping said we had card on door handle. He had to physically bring up fresh towels, coffee etc. Next day housekeeping came as we were getting dressed, I got toilet tissue and informed them we'll be gone in 2hrs. We came back in evening, and no housekeeping again. Husband went back down and was told the same lie, that we had the card on the door handle. So No, we were not satisfied at all ."

"Very clean room and staff over the top helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet and nighttime cocktails very good. Sufficient parking spaces….even for a packed hotel! Wonderful experience!"

"staff was super nice and helpful, quiet property and very clean. breakfast was great, plenty of options, my ONLY issue was that our room smelled like cigarettes SOOOO bad :( we only stayed for one night but the smell as soon as i opened the door was so strong, and there was a cigarette hole burned on the couch so i think there were smokers in there before us? the room was very clean it just stank bad but like i said we only stayed one night, and i drove from really far away i didn’t want to have to wait for them to get us another room. other than that it was a good stay."

"No microwave or refrigerator. Novelty store was closed during peak times. They charged my card more than the $50 deposit"

"Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Beds are comfortable. A good place to stay in Tulsa."
