"Good location and good hotel, not disabled friendly as steps up to reception."

"The air conditioning unit was not working so our sleep was unbearable in the hot weather. The hotel was cute and clean but the lack of attention to placing fans in a top floor room with out proper AC was definitely a huge disappointment for us. "

"When we arrived, there was nowhere to check in. Eventually, someone was found, after banging on a door in what we presumed was the check in area, and he showed us the rooms…. No elevator and carrying heavy cases up a dingy staircase, and with a general air of dilapidation. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bathroom tiny. Again there was an unkempt and frankly unclean feeling, and after discussing the shortcomings with the agent, we decided to go elsewhere. "

"Its a beautiful Hotel in Roussillon in a nice surrounding. It has very nice rooms, clean and recently renovated (excellent, modern bathroom!), very nice staff and an outstanding breakfast with lot‘s of local specialties, e.g. honey, cheese, meat etc.)."
