"8 of us stayed at the Chateau for one week. It is a lovely location, with a short drive to Saumur. The house and gardens are lovely, with a homely feel (you feel like you are staying in someone's home - we loved it). The views from the terrace are fantastic. The house is well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, plus a barbecue. There was plenty of space for us all. The host Julie was lovely - she contacted me well before we arrived, and then was in regular communication...

"Stunning Chateau with glorious views overlooking the lake. Fabulous original features with ample space inside and outside on the terrace. Large comfortable rooms for our party of 15. Lovely enclosed pool and recreation areas in huge wooded grounds and massive lake for boating, fishing and bird watching. Very welcoming owners on arrival to show us around. Cannot wait for a chance to re-visit."
