"Good things: swimming pool and hot tub, spacious for 12 of us. The lake at Coco plage is lovely. Not so good: no responses to my messages before our stay therefore confusion over bed linen. The property is not clean. There is grime everywhere. Needs a deep clean. Very small cooking area. Grass needed cutting. Very limited activities in the area. Spent too much time in super u because there was not much else to do. Towns and villages are deserted, shops closed and markets consist of about five...

"Immaculate, beautifully designed property a stone’s throw from the beach. A perfect layout for our party (the teens had the downstairs rooms and we had the suite upstairs with a view of the Atlantic). Walking distance to a bakery which of course is vital for a holiday in France, and from the bars and food shacks on the beach."

"The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"La maison de Céline est très bien située proche du centre du Pouliguen (marché, restos, plage, promenade...). La maison est bien équipée et la décoration soignée. Le patio est agréable. La place de parking est un plus appréciable en saison."

"We had a truly wonderful family week in this beautiful villa. The villa was clean and very well-equipped, with lots of towels provided. There was plenty of space for our party of ten (from ages 5 to 79) to comfortably live for a week. Cooking in the kitchen and bbq/outdoor space was a pleasure. Table tennis, table football and the swimming pool were a huge bonus for both the children and adults! The beach, with lovely sea-bathing, was less than a ten-minute walk. "Good hotel close to the city bus station. City communications is free over weekends. There was a small issue when we checked in that takes some time. After checking in we got a key to the room and we found that there was already someone. We have to go back to reception. Hotel is clean and was ok for short stay."

"Very nice hotel. We had large and very comfortable room. The lighting at the one end of the room was not ideal. The garbage and recycling was small for empty water bottles. Very good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. We had an issue for a plug for hairdryerand extended cord to front door outlet. The use of paper cups in the roomwas interesting but glasses at water station in the lobby. Overall great accommodating staff."

"We stayed one night to break a journey and to have a look at Nantes. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it's a short walk to the old part of the city with its bars and restaurants. We chose La Mangouste, which was great. There's a supermarket and bakery around the corner and parking at the hotel for a cost. Would recommend it."

"When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"
