"Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. "

"This small apartment was very convenient due to it's proximity to Provo, BYU and all the amenities. The apartment was clean and tidy and offered all the conveniences needed for a short trip. Thank you for helping to make our trip great! "

"We are an older group of friends that have moved apart in recent years. We regathered to celebrate the life of one of the 12. 3 couples stayed at this home. We are all 70 and above. The home provided all that we needed. The beds were wonderful."

"The house was in terrible order including holes in the couch with burn marks, broken refrigerator, broken dryer, huge gaps in the vinyl flooring, hair everywhere including the beds. Dirty oven, and animal hair all over the couch. When contacting the owner they suggested I email pictures but never supplied a proper email address despite my multiple requests. This home is in subpar condition and communication is awful. "
