The first floor can be approached via the interior stairs or directly via the exterior stairs and the terrace. Here you'll find the living room with kitchen, dining area, and a big fireplace, as well as air conditioning, one bedroom with a kingsize bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. Small roofed terrace (approx. 6 m2) on the first floor, large terrace (approx. 42 m2) with dining table and barbecue fire place in front of the house.

Adventurers will love the zip line above the Pazin Abyss. Just 8 km away, you'll find the “Zarečki Krov”, also called the “Pazin Riviera” by the locals. Here, the small river Pazinčica forms a waterfall which is falling into a small lake. This area is perfect not only for hiking trips, but a popular bathing place during summer as well.
