Villa Irena is a newly opened, romantic, beautiful and fully equipped holiday home, located in the heart of Istrian peninsula, only 25 minutes away from the nearest beach.

The entire property is completely fenced, for your complete privacy. There are 8 sunbeds and two parasols around the pool.
The beautiful, sunny and safe garden has a trampoline, grill and a large dining table. The villa is perfect for a family with children and pets or groups of friends.

The entire interior is air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with large windows, three bedrooms each with an en-suite luxurious bathroom. Flat WiFi is available.
There is plenty of space for parking: 2 inside the gates, and 2 in front of the Villa.

Ruhige Woche mit Hunden.
Wir sind gestern zurück aus Kroatien. Selten hatten wir ein so schönes und ruhiges Haus. Ausbruchsicher (wegen der Hunde) Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Besitzer waren toll. Wein und Wasser im Kühlschrank, Obst in der Küche, wir durften Tomaten ernten und mit Äpfeln die Esel füttern. In 5 Minuten ist man in Pazin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße.

sehr schön
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war sehr toll, wir konnten so richtig entspannen. Die Vermieter waren überaus nett und hilfsbereit! Wird durften frisches Gemüse vom Garten ernten und mit unserer Autopanne haben sie uns von A-Z unterstützt und geholfen, wo sie nur konnten. Ich empfehle es jedem weiter.

Toller Urlaub im August
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene 2 Kinder und 1 Hund Das Haus hat perfekt zu uns gepasst. Alles vorhanden, schöner Pool, Grill und Feuerstelle super. Und 2 Tolle Gassi Runden für den Hund gefunden. Irena und Valter sind sehr nett. Es gibt Hühner, Esel und Schafe für die Kinder. Supermarkt in Zminj innerhalb 5min. Eier gibt es auch von Irena 😋. Restaurants auch in der Nähe z.B. Jelenić (Kroatisch) Rotonda (Pizza) Rund um ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Mit viel liebe zum Detail
Wir hatten wunderschöne 7 tage in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den alltag benötigt (töpfe, geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, föhn usw.) Das haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen, aber hat trotzdem einen super Ausgangspunkt, um in alle relevante Städte zu kommen. In unter 45 min mit dem auto. (Rovinje, Pula, Porec und edliche andere kleine Städten) Für unseren Sohn war es ein Paradies! Hünder, Esel und Schafe direkt um die Ecke und diese können auch noch jeder zeit besucht werden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die dekoration und indirekte Beleuchtung zeigen, dass die Besitzersich sehr viel mühe geben. Wir würden jeder zeit wieder kommen! Perfekte Unterkunft, für Familie mit Hund
Wer auf der Suche nach einem perfekten Haus, für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Hunden & Schwiegereltern ist, können wir die Villa Irena wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen & sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Direkt vor der Tür, befinden sich Wiesen und Felder, wo man mit den Hunden schön spazieren gehen kann. Der Pool läd zum Sonnenbaden ein und die Ausstattung vom Haus, einfach perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super und falls man mal eine Frage oder Anliegen hatte, wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Irena und ihre gesamte Familie sind super nett und haben uns regelmäßig mit Selbstgebrannten versorgt und durften auch den leckeren Salat, vom hauseigenem Feld, probieren. Noch mal einen ganz lieben Dank an die Familie und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen 🤗 Ganz liebe Grüße von den Pieper´s und Pebbles & Blu

Ein wunderschönes Haus
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kind und einem Hund in dem Haus. Das Objekt ist wirklich liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wenn etwas fehlte (z.B. fehlte uns eine Auflaufform), wurde es direkt noch am selben Tag vorbeigebracht. Alle sehenswerten Städte und Strände sind in 20-40 Minuten erreichbar. Man ist jedoch auf ein Auto angewiesen. Auf den umliegenden Feldern gab es Esel, Schafe, Hühner, etc. Unser Kind war begeistert. Wir können das Haus und die lieben Vermieter absolut weiterempfehlen.
