"I had a reservation here, but the property was completely unlivable. There was no water, no electricity (the inverter had no battery), dirty toilets, no Wi-Fi as advertised, and I couldn’t access the kitchen. On top of that, the host did not pick up any of my calls and did not respond to my messages. I had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay. This was a terrible experience and felt like outright cheating. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Was very clean did smell like Lysol, but it also smelled a little bit of sewer by the restaurant And there is no coffee at the Continental breakfast so either bring your instant packets. They do have hot water. Overall, a great location if you are planning on doing the Havasu hike And everyone is very friendly"
